No problem, we’ll always do our best to match your previous batch. Please contact us before placing your order and share your original order number so we can check that the same batch is still available.
We don’t keep a record of batch numbers, so please include your original batch information when you get in touch. You’ll find this printed along the side of the cardboard box your tiles came in, usually shown as:
“Calidad / Calibre / Caliber / Shade / Tono” followed by a series of numbers and letters.
