Please get in touch before placing a new order. Send us your original order number and a photo of the batch number printed on one of your boxes, and we'll check our current stock.
Tiles are made in batches, and each batch can vary slightly in shade. We can't guarantee that a new order will come from the same batch as your original tiles. If you place a new order without checking with us first, we're unable to accept claims for differences in shade between orders.
This is why we recommend ordering 10% extra in your first order.
