We regularly refresh our range to bring in new designs, so from time to time some tiles are discontinued. If you can't find a tile you've bought from us before, please get in touch. We may still have some stock, or be able to source more from the factory.
To help us check, please send us your original order number and a photo of the label on one of your boxes, showing the batch number. If the tile is no longer available, our team can suggest a similar tile that's a close match.
This is also why we recommend keeping a few spare tiles after your project, in case you ever need to replace one.
