How do I replace a broken tile?

1. Carefully remove the grout around the tile with a grout rake.
2. Break the tile out from the centre, working outwards, so you don't damage the tiles around it.
3. Scrape off the old adhesive.
4. Fix the new tile with fresh adhesive, then grout once it has set.

This is why we recommend keeping a few spare tiles from your original order. Tiles from a later batch may not match exactly, and ranges can be discontinued.
