Most of our orders are delivered on a wooden pallet by Pall-Ex, the UK’s leading pallet network. Your tiles will arrive securely packaged to keep them safe in transit, and the driver will deliver the pallet to the nearest accessible point outside your property. This is known as a 'kerbside' delivery.
