What should I check when my delivery arrives?

Before you sign the delivery note:

1. Count the boxes against your delivery note.
2. Look for crushed, torn or wet boxes, and for broken pallet wrap or a damaged pallet.
3. If anything looks damaged or missing, write "damaged" or "short" on the delivery note before you sign, and take photos.

After delivery, open the boxes and check the tiles straight away, before your tiler starts. Any damage must be reported on our damage form within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of all damaged tiles.
