Your order may occasionally arrive in more than one delivery. Depending on what you've ordered, your tiles may be dispatched on more than one pallet, and on occasion smaller items such as grout, adhesive, silicone and accessories may be sent separately by parcel courier.
If part of your order hasn't arrived on your delivery day, please get in touch with your order number and we'll find out where it is straight away.
