We're very sorry if you think you've received the wrong tiles. Before you contact us, please check the packing slip that came with your order. We give all our tiles our own names, so the name on the box will usually be different from the one on our website. The packing slip shows both our name and the name printed on the box, so you can check they match.
If the tiles are still wrong, please don't open or lay them. Get in touch with your order number and photos showing the boxes and their labels. We'll then arrange to collect the wrong tiles at our expense and deliver the correct tiles on the soonest convenient date.
