Often, yes. Most tiling jobs need cut tiles around the edges, so a tile with a broken corner can usually be cut down and used. If you ordered around 10% extra for cuts and wastage, a few damaged tiles may not leave you short.
Even if you plan to use them, please still report any damaged tiles on our damage form within 24 hours of delivery. That way, if you do end up short, we can replace them. We're unable to accept damage claims after 24 hours.
