We give all our tiles our own names, so the boxes will almost always show the factory's product name or code instead. This is completely normal.
The packing slip that comes with your order shows both our name and the name printed on the box, so you can check they match. If you're still unsure whether you've received the right tiles, please send us a photo of the box label and your order number before you start laying them, and we'll confirm for you.
