Tiles are made in batches, and each batch can vary slightly in shade from the last. Your sample and your order may come from different batches, so a small difference in shade is normal. Many tile designs, especially stone, marble and zellige effects, also vary from tile to tile by design, and a small sample can't show that full range.
Before laying, open several boxes and mix the tiles as you go so any variation is spread evenly. If you have any concerns about the colour or shade of your tiles, please send us photos before you lay them and we'll take a look. We're unable to accept claims once tiles have been fixed.
